IGCSE Exam Centre
Knewton International School, Miri is an authorised Cambridge examination centre that welcomes private candidates for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level examinations. We conduct exams during both the June and November series.
Our centre does not offer private candidates the following:
- Cambridge Checkpoint exams
- Options that include coursework, science practical tests, and marks carried forward from previous examinations or centres
- Subjects not offered for private candidates, as stated in the official Cambridge syllabus
For IGCSE Pure Science (0610 Biology, 0620 Chemistry and 0625 Physics), candidates will automatically be registered for the option with the alternative to the practical component.

Yes.
- Candidates aged 14 may only sit for IGCSE 0547 Foreign Language Mandarin Chinese
- From the age of 15, candidates may sit for IGCSE 0580 Mathematics
All private candidates must attend examinations in person at our centre:
